Right ive had a search but a few more questions... This is what its doing: Sometimes when i pull the stalk to wash the front screen/headlights it would work fine... Then last night, only the headlights would spray and nothing from the windscreen jets. Then sometimes neither would wash and id...

He will mean a sump plug washer mate. theyre just copper washers, or dowty (sp) washers.

I made my own stainless catch tank, with a small filter on top. I'll get some pics up tmra if i have time.

No mate, still standard one. They're an LCD type display are'nt they so do they work off of bulbs? :S Reckon ill try and get the display out and have a look, hopefully just a loose connection! Any guides on how to take the dash apart?

Yeh mate, the little nipple thingey. Ive ran my finger lightly over the display and you can see there the temp should be displaced but still.. nothing. Don't really know where to start looking.

Hmmmmm, theres nothing on the display at all, not even a sign that its not working right, like a small bit still lighting up. Its annoying me. Any ideas anyone?

outside temp reading on the display underneath the time? Its on a 51 plate. But my Y reg meggy had one, and my mums 54 clio has one.

As said above the tool fits into the 3/8 square and u just release the spring pressure to slip the belt off mate. I made this at work to do mine. hope that helps.

Get that lower inlet off and you should be able to get it out without too much trouble mate. Next time you will cover it all over with a rag wont you :P

Sounds a right arse mate, mr back spray dont work, I think its a pipe blown off or something because when i try to use it you can hear the water running somewhere and get a strong smell of it in the car. Will have to remove scuttle panel and take a look.

i use nod 32, its mint and dusnt slow it down. its not a cracked version either... honest ;)
