I have wondered this, the FTP's I download from have SSL enabled. The presumption is that the ISP just sees a stream of data thats encrypted. How true that is I dont know Any ISP gimps here?

Just use Nero Select DVD then Burn an Image point it to the CUE sheet and it will burn the BIN file according the settings in the CUE file thats it. You have a DVD with what you want on it. usually though the films are in ISO format when on DVD but it doesnt matter to be honest.
