Stop Dust Attracting To Body Work/Windows etc

Does it work ok on Glass Matt? - I can no longer find Clearkote Quickshine in gallons over here, if the Britemax is streak free on glass I will stop looking !

    Maintaining Alcantara

Searching for what ? there are stain removal guides in the manufacturers website above. A wipe down with a weak mix of Autoglym Interior Cleaner and water ill be fine on light dirt if need be. Normal leather stuff is fine on the leather parts (well plastic to be technical!) just keep it off the...

    Quick question!

Any sealant will really need a clean base to to bond to. If you don't want to re-polish, just add some more wax on.

Stop Dust Attracting To Body Work/Windows etc

No reason why they can't be used on it. Not sure if it would leave any anti static properties behind though!

Stop Dust Attracting To Body Work/Windows etc

AG Bumper Care should not attract dust if applied properly. Needs rubbing in well, allowed to stand for 10 mins and then re buffed with a clean cloth, should not attract stuff then.

    Zaino

Probably - the mixing stuff would annoy me. Though am I right in thinking you don't have to do that with some of the newer stuff ?

Stop Dust Attracting To Body Work/Windows etc

Anti Static Quick Detailers work to some degree, there are also sealants formulated to be anti static.

When did I say I did not like it ? I have used it a few times with Brazo, and the finish it leaves is superb. To much sodding about for me though, would end up topping it with Carnauba so waste of time for me. Excellent product.

    SRP?! EGP?! I'M SO CONFUSED!

The pain of EGP removal has nothing to do with SRP being used first, just means the EGP was applied to thickly. If you want the EGP to get maximum durability it does need to be used over SRP or something like Klasse All in One. Multiple layers of EGP will get more protection and better looks, I...

Who the **** was this at FCS?

Not sure why you are so surprised - There are loads of 200 plus brake 205's about which much weigh circa 800kg. MI16 or GTi 6 on carbs or bodies will easily give 200 brake. Then there are the above turbo'd or even the old 1.9 turbo technics cars.

    Advice on first proper detail...

The stone chips may look worse as they will fill up with polish - good time to touch them in and wet sand before you polish.

    Advice on first proper detail...

Black Gold 182 - start with the IP and a Menzerna Polishing pad or Sonus SFX Light cut pad straight off lol! Worth trying the Final Finish on a polishing pad first if you want, but the above will almost 100% be needed. You are best laying down a coat of SRP to allow the EGP to bond, but it is...

They do some better ones than Plastic X in the Pro range

    aqua wax

The Jeffs lasts easily as long as EGP here. After all it is reformulated Klasse Sealant which has always been more durable than even than EGP. Aquawax is made by Autoglym

    Miniature scratches on head lamp

Working by hand I would use there Plastic polish . If you have some Scratch X try it before you spend cash on a product. Personally I would not waste my time and just machine them, takes minutes lol

    182 anthracite wheel paint code

The paint above should be a good match as it is the proper colour the factory ones are. Most people try and find something close.
  26. Rich

    Miniature scratches on head lamp

Yes, but would require some serious elbow grease and repeated applications if they are anything more than very light. Meguiars also do a plastic polish formulated to do the job.

    Miniature scratches on head lamp

Machine polish should sort them. I use Menzerna Intensive Polish or Final Finish on a light cut or polishing pad.
