Thank you so far, final question... Do I need to get speakers with a seperate tweeter up front and the combined in the rear or just 'woofer' type speakers in the rear? Excuse my ignorance!

Also, I know they are 13cm speakers, do I need to worry about how 'deep' the speaker is? Ie will it actually fit in the door card?

Just googled the alpine KTP-445, never seen that before, looks interesting! Would only work with Alpine I presume. The thing is im going to go for a Sony bluetooth head unit, so wanted to stick with either just that (hoped that might improve audio on its own) So im going to do both speakers...

Well mine seems smooth in the morning, pretty much the same as when warm. So does the rev limit when cold still apply with a remap? Because mine sometimes revs to 7,600-7,800 sometimes, but sometimes limiter cuts in at 7,000 when only been driving for 5 minutes?

Ok thanks guys, I started it up a few minutes ago from cold and it idled a little over 1,000rpm. I haven't looked yet what idle is when warm. Thanks for the info, so its safe to say my car has a remap of some sort though?

I used to have an A3 that I had mapped/rolling road/serviced there and IMO theres a few nice guys there, one or two I found really rude though didn't like the attitude so I stopped going. And yes the rolling road was rumoured to be 'generous'!

Not that I would notice mate i've not long had the car so don't know what they should drive like, I drive it really slow from cold so not sure i'd notice!

Do you know what the standard airboxes usually sell for? I'm thinking of returning the airbox to standard, is the standard airbox known to be restrictive or anything or is there no real benefit? If it adds 2bhp i'll keep it lol...!

My recent purchase (182 with both cup packs) came with a scorpion cat-back and a pipercross viper carbon induction kit. The exhaust is staying for sure, its a really nice system. I'm not sure about the induction kit though, it sounds nice but i've never really been a fan of induction kits so...
