A 'good' razor is better than a disposable razor how???
And dont use a hoover to unblock the razor, because it probably wont unblock it.
your better off running your finger opposite the cutting direction of the blades to pull the s**t out, or just buy a pack of disposables and chuck them when...
Get a disposable razor, give it a good shave (dont use any shaving cream!) then get a suede brush or similar and give it a good scrub with interior cleaner.
jobs a good'un!
You could have a go at seriously improving the scratch. If you do it well it will be nearly un-noticeable.
Put some un-thinned paint into the scratch, fill the scratch right up, keeping as much paint in, and on top of, the actual scratch.
Wet sand it back with 2000 really gently and buff...
Haha sorry mate.
I did seperate them, but you have to take the dash off first, flipped it over and used a scapel blade to cut away at the plastic bits that are melted together to hold it in place.
You could maybe do it without taking the dash off, but I didnt want to risk cracking or breaking...
I wanted to keep it as OEM as possible, but just liven it up a bit inside.
I do agree though the vents would match it really well, might take them off and give them a coat
I took the dash top off, its pretty easy to do if you read a guide before you start that tells you where to find all the screws you need to undo, had it off in 10 minutes.
Finally fitted the parts back I removed from the dash and centre console today!
Painted them in Black Gold to match the exterior of the car, I think it suits the interior pretty well...
Thats b****cks, my 182 has a spare wheel and carbon fibre wrapped diffuser AND 40 psi in the tyres but my mates ST still beat me round the track...
You need to leave your boot open to get that extra rear downforce round the track if you want to beat it
It definately sounds better. Not sure power-wise but should give you a tiny bit extra, one of the 'sticky' threads has a Fast Car magazine test to compare different filters and induction kits.
If you mean by the shape of the filter then yes it is a cone filter, but its not a K&N type.
To everyone with a V6 airbox...
What did you do for a cold air feed? Did you even bother with one, buy something or make one up?
Mines currently just got the opening angled down towards the back of the headlight but with no cold air feed, just wondering whether to bother making something up...

Anyone ever bought/know someone with one/seen one of these?
Looks reasonable in the photo but im concerned the rubber will look really...
Whats a good gearknob to go into my 182, preferably OEM?
Just re-trimmed mine in alcantara, it didn't come out as well as I would have liked so I want to replace it with something standardish looking.
Do 197/200 gearknobs fit?
Does anyone know what the most likely cause of this is...?
Lately I can hear the brakes 'binding' when im rolling at a junction/hill etc either forwards or backwards.
Jacked the car up earlier and gave all the wheels a spin, the passenger side rear is clearly trying to resist spinning. I...
Has anyone got a good fix for rattling exhaust heat shields?
Been under the car with bigger washers to put on some bolts where the shield has rotted, but some bits are too rotten, or the bolts have snapped off.
Any ideas for a decent fix?
I was thinking tiger seal but not sure how well it...
I've picked up a manifold to cat fitting kit from my local motor factors.
Can anyone confirm the measure of the bits that fit into the manifold bracket?
The things that look like mini buckets that fit into the mount at the end of the manifold.
The ones I have are about 12mm across and I have...
Thanks guys. One last question...
The wire gasket thing looks like it has a flat side and the other side is curved. Which side faces which when you fit it?
Curved side facing the cat or the other way?
It will probably be obvious when I pull it apart but as I never see the original i'd like to...
