i am not entirely sure how it works really mate im sure gally will be able to tell you , i think the shampoo has some gloss enhancement built into it, its great stuff and it doesnt contain any fillers etc just makes it look more glossy
That Citrus wash and gloss stuff is tremendous seriously i cant recommend it enough. Sweet mate let me know and i will come and get you the money, im going down the lime prime route like you said :)
as said, i just use some chemical guys fabric clean diluted in a spray bottle, spray it onto the seat and agitate with a brush and then hot wet vax it afterwards and they will be perfect again
Before anyone hates, this is going to be a detailing thread, i will be doing the full works on the car. I am waiting for some products to come through the post before i can finish the bodywork.

Yea i...
i used a DA for this but both would do the job nicely, i used an orange hex logic with rd3.02 and then i when through the three menzerna polish stages altering pads as need be to refine and remove any marring etc, just go for it mate.
Thanks everyone for the comments, I actually used halfrauds touch up pen but it was pretty crap tbh I would definately recommend using the enamel stuff to achieve better results. Sorry I was sh*tting it a bit during so forgot to take pics, let's just say it wasn't pretty.
Yea that is what i said when he told me lol i actually cringe at spending £30-£40 lol
Thanks for the credit Gally mate, you forgot to mention i done most of the car whilst you "had to do something" lol ;)
Yea mine was very bad, being honest i did sh*t myself during the stage as its very scary having paint all over the front end for 24 hours whilst it dries. I would definately go for it mate, if you are looking for perfect results go for the paints4u you kit or the aforementioned kit that naranto...
haha mate more like ill lie about on the grass whilst you do the other side of the bonnet, the results were still good with the halfrauds kit but if you are looking for perfect correct go for the paints 4 u kit.
Well since owning my 182, have really started to notice the amount of build up of stone chips on the front bumper and front bonnet. I am lead to believe that my car has been a motorway car and we all know what that does to the front ends of cars.
Anyway after reading the thread on detailing...
Few folk Signed up now, guy on DW doesn't reckon it will last longer than end of the month since after all it is a group buy. Standard price is in the region of £220 normal so a cracking saving. Be quick I would say.
Told my dad about it, he was absolutely gutted, he really loved this car. Only reason he sold was we were putting too much mileage and wanted to keep it low miles and mint :(
I was hoping that someday I come across it and buy it, now he just drives my car lol
ill put your name up mate, but you will need to sign up for when you are phoning to confirm as they ask you for your username. The process takes around 5 mins mate and you dont need to pay any money for it. Then you secure with a £30 deposit and phone up and organise a date to fit around...
ive got recaros out of an accord type R in my 182 and lets just say i didnt not pay anywhere near £800, have a look into evo seats and accord type r seats, well worth it tbh
Yea mate, small world it is, my dad had a phase 1 172 at the time aswell at the same time. This Williams was so immaculate it was unreal, we hardly have any pics of it here though :(
This is the car that my parents used to own, they really looked after this, we bought it from the rich London invester. Travelled from west Calder to london to pick it up. Absolutely amazing car shame it's dead :(
As mentioned to a few of the lads last night, Chameleon are running a group buy over on Detailing world. The service they are offering is a 1 day service (drop off by 9am and will be done by 4-5pm). This is for full refurb, curbing removed and striped back and then powdercoated. The group buy...
