No. of previous keepers 4
Most recent keeper change 21/11/2005 (he said he's had the car a year) so that adds up
Dates of other changes 04/08/2005 (He bought it from Renault Stockport, so this could be the garage registering it)

I understand what your saying regarding the previous owners. But i feel its the sort of car someone buys on impulse, then realises the cost of insurance, fuel and tax etc may be un-affordable. Two ways of looking at it really as you all have mentioned. I dunno :( Its a solid and well looked...
E-mailed the seller regarding the dials. In all honestly he didn't know they were different, but after contacting Renault was told they were an optional extra... Plenty other deals to chose from so will give this option a miss.
I've seen two black 172's now with 1.2 dash clocks. Is this common for a 172 at this age? They were both 52 plates

lol^ You will have to take me for a ride in yours Chris to aid my decision ;) But im in favour of a 172 due to the reasons above. Its the same car! If i get one without TCS im looking at 4/5 grand max
Lol. I put deposit on it, but my insurance money hadn't come through in time, so i had to pull out. I then bought a red 172 in Southport, and the guy sold it to someone else whilst i was half way down the Country picking it up. So i got a Mk1 clio at the moment until im 21 at the end of feb. The...
Hi. OK im after a MK2 172. The ones for 5.5/7k have traction control on them. The earlier models of this phase 51plate to late 02 dont have TCS. Does it make a huge difference? Theres some really cheap 172's about without the TCS. Should i pay the extra £1500 or so to a model with TCS?
I...
Got mine from there. The rear one started to peel, so i ordered another. It arrived a month later, complete with someone elses set of plates plus the one i'd ordered. Ideal for driving through London ;)
