I've had my de-cat on my Cup for about 2 years with both sensors plugged in and its been fine (touches wood) Why are you uplugging the second sensor if it runs ok with them both in?
I tried to get a quote on my modded Cup and it came back saying they couldn't insure a Cup with those mods (exhaust system, seats, cams, head work, chip, inlet work, filter) Seems a bit strange since im 23 with 1 years NCD and no accidents.

Agreed, but if you take a 172 and a Cup and all things being equal (petrol, drivers weight, skill, both producing power they should) the Cup will pull on a 172.
Why you getting your nickers in a twist, I said the Cup is slightly faster due to its weight advantage which it is.
Do you really care if a Cup will pull away from you?
