Speed wise its defo on a par with the valver (no arguements please) The early 106's / vts's suffer from idle problems, my sis used to have a 1998 diablo red gti it was always cutting out, hated standing in traffic. I'd stay well clear of an early one

A local bodyshop should be able to spray and fit the spolier no problem I'd say approx £40 to spray it as its plastic and the current surface finish is perfect Price it up if you know a decent bodyshop locally

The back bumper won't fit as a valver bumper is wider, you'll need a colour coded RT bumper for the rear For the front the 16v bumper will fit but you need the flared 16v front wings aswell I'm not a fan of angel eyes or lexus lights to be honest, some colour coded wing mirrors will help...
