Not sure the hillpower one is finished
Theres was a white one being done in france but that was about 2 years ago now
By all accounts it was a total nightmare
Mk2 phase 1 or mk2 phase 2 ?
Slide the door bump strip off
To do this open the door and it slides backwards towards the rear of the car
Once the strip is off the badge will clip off
2 minute job
If the bumpstrips haven't been off before then they may feel rock solid but just keep...
For a £100 quid you can get a pair of 259mm brembo max discs and a decent set of pads = job done
gsfcarparts.com will have a local outlet near you to save on postage costs
If you need the rears doing aswell just get the basic setup
No probs
You're best bet is to get down to a real mud bath scrappy not an over the counter breakers, take a spider and wip off as many bolts as you need
Sounds like you're better off breaking it to be honest
Undamaged with a new MOT i'd say it would be worth approx £1700
A doors a door so thats easily fixed, the rear quarter is another matter
What wheels are they Dezent or something like that
Think i know where there are a pair of them in 17's if you're interested?
Not sure of condition, i know they're not buckled but they will be marked
Its hard to judge from black and white pics but I wouldn't colour code the bump strips and spolier etc. If you come across some factory painted RT bumpers then they'd probs be worth buying
Subtle improvements like 16v brakes, genuine front fogs are the way forward imo
Put whatever you want on really
A mate used to have 185/45 on his 5 turbo on the standard rims but they weren't cheap due to the 45 profile
I guess for the track you want quality rather than the looks of a low profile tyre
Doesn't affect insurance
Sale value is proportionally less due to natural uncertainty over varing quality of repairs
Cat C needs VIC check on top of repairs
Cat D needs repair only
I'm just after someone measuring the width of one of the standard tail pipes on a 182
They're inwardly rolled pipes so i need the diameter from the outer edge to opposite outer edge
I'm guessing approx 100mm
Cheers
