bhp is a funny thing mine had 147.6 bhp at the flywheel with standard exhaust, cat and ecu. but a pipercross airfilter and pbv, and kent fast road cams. then i had it chipped stage 2 and a free flow exhaust and the power went up to 150bhp not much of a gain is it.

i agree. big engine novas dont handle m mate mike had 30ks worth of courtney nova with stage 4 titanium everything it had about 350-380, bout 300 atw. but f**k me it cornered like a bus. i had a 1.6 fully tuned to grp A spec and that would loose a standard 5.
Can you guys put your heads together and come up with some costs for the trip. i mean petrol, food, just as an idea of what you spent last year. also what do you need in yur car by law to drive on the continent.

what sort of money do you charge for your porting service and what power gains have been seen? my current spec is cams pbv chip (stage 2) full system airfilter running 150bhp before the chip and zorst, running now about 155-160 atfw.
yes verniers are deffinatley needed get a chip and you will be very happy just done all this work meself. i can supply all kent cams stuff at reasonable prices if you need any help email me bondy.
