    £395 as an option.

Remove both shocks and put them side by side. Have a mess with them, see if they both contract and expand at similar rates etc. Check for oil leaks. Is the rear bouncy at all when driven?

A bargain way to be driving a brand new RS :)

I doubt it's the spring as the shock self extends and the spring will only come into play when the car is actually being used. Rear springs are pretty similar anyway as the majority of the weight difference is at the front of the car.

But they're lowering springs and 182 shocks, you will then need to tell your insurance it's 'lowered'. Personally I'd be checking both rear shocks and if faulty replacing them with OE. Compare the springs too, post up a pic and I should be able to say if they are Cup springs or not. Don't...

Might just need a new rear shocker, about £50.

On PCP? The current wait is a ball-ache but not helped by the factory shutdown in August.

Right, my drivers rear is 115 mm arch to rim and my passengers rear is 120 mm arch to rim. Standard suspension and wheels mate.

I'll measure mine Josh, when you say rim you mean rim of the wheel yeah? What colour are the rear springs?

Good choice Kev, as said over on RS :) Enjoy the Twingo, great cars!

    Clio/renault shows??

Trax is probably better for modified cars.

For those of you that aren't members over on RS, this may be of interest to you - Might be worth looking into?

:approve: Seriously Josh, if you want to do a proper repair to the chips have a look at Dr ColorChip. Not cheap but worth it. Anthracite touch up doesn't exist.

Can you change Auto Wipers to Intermittent?

I thought that would just disable the adjustability as the sensor is on the screen and it's all UCH contolled.

Can you change Auto Wipers to Intermittent?

The two click thing wont work, not sure where that idea came from :S You cannot disable auto wipers.

Completely agree Daniel, it was a simple answer to his question :)

    New Car (200 deals)

Yes, most are on £1k deposit but a larger deposit will lower your payments.

    New Car (200 deals)

Just to clarify a point - the yellow is the RenaultSport brand colour, hence the Recaros and the yellow dash/seatbelts option and rev counter.

PCP on a Twingo isn't necessarily the right way to go - it depends on the value of the car. Are we talking Twingo 133/Gordini? Brand new Twingo i-music in my local dealer is £150 p/m on 0% APR over 3 or 4 years. PCP is often 5/6% flat over 3 years.

    New Car (200 deals)

I was talking to a dealer about PCP today and he said the equity in the car when handed back counted as the deposit on a new car.

    Timing Belt, oh bugger!

Not really, could be a host of reasons - O2 sensor for one. My pipes were sooty as hell when my MAP sensor started playing up.

RB 200 in Colne, this afternoon!

Yeah I know the owner now, he's from Blackburn and his wife works at the police station. Have seen a GW 200 in Bury, did the one you saw have a CL10 plate?

    Timing Belt, oh bugger!

Sooty deposits, over fuelling - timing possibly out.

    £20K for a Clio 200?!?

In 6 years I think I could safely say my wage has gone up £5K. Also, with the 'credit crunch' etc there are numerous low rate/0% deals available if people really want the cars.

Few pics of my latest purchase, haters beware!

Yellow is the RenaultSport brand colour, hence the rev counter and yellow seatbelt/dash option. Stunning car Joe, I now know why you needed those parts! ;) Enjoy :D

    £20K for a Clio 200?!?

Agree with Joeh. Demand on the 200 has lead to a 20 - 25 week wait, so people are definitely buying them. £20K on a Clio in todays prices is hardly extortionate. I mean what were the 182's list...£16K?? That was 6 years ago.
