itl blow the civic type rs away all day long, and theyl last ages if serviced regulary, box is quite strong, 2nd to 3rd change can crunch sometimes due to beating the synchromesh, but generally a really good motor. you going for a full fat or cup model?
my 182 will do 29 mpg, you MUST have proof the cambelts have been changed, thats the most expensive part of servicing. tyres for a 03 172 will be 1954516 so try blackcircles.com for rough ideas on prices
Just a quick question for you mate, have you replaced all brake lines? or just replaced the flexi hoses with braided ones? if the latter where did you get the braided ones from for the flexi lines by the rear beam? got a thread up on this but no one has any real answers
ive seen the joins and would be easy to replace, (there are definatly more than the four that everybody has) does any one know of a place that sells replacement braided lines?
ive got the usual 4 braided lines going to my calipers, but recently had my car up on a ramp and noticed more brake flexi hoses by the rear beam, is there anyone who makes braided line replacments?
