Ive got GSD3s on my valver and theyve done 9K including a track day and still look in great shape. Loads of tread left and they are simply awesome!

The low temp one kicks in as soon as it raises as notch over normal running temp really which is good. The standard one does stop it from overheating yes, but why let it go any hotter than need be!

water will do, it wont dilute it too much....

It does say on the bottom in small print model shown for illistration purposes only. But it does say on the spec list, 17"s etc.

Anyone seen it? Cant seem to find anything online but the main dealer is advertising them in my local paper. Look quite good, colour coded, bit of a bodykit and 17"s. Guessing its still a 1.2 16v @ £7995 too. The girlfriend wants one when she saw it, shes got a 54plate 1.2 16v that shes...

A low temp fan switch works better because it comes on just as the temp rises a couple of notches on the gauge. No point in letting the engine get any hotter than it needs to before the fan kicks in.

How will a different thermostat fix it! lol! A low temp fan switch might do.....

Not too far then! Seems to be loads of newer clios around here now, especially 182s. Hardly anyone on cliosport though.....

Just noticed the last couple of days the odd bit of smoke coming out the exhaust, and had it confirmed by a mate today. Just a little puff of black smoke now and then, only when the revs are at the higher end lol. Doesnt seem to be burning any more oil than normal at the moment. What are...

can you not use 16v discs and calipers? or do you want solid rather than vented disc specifically?

All the services on them are pretty basic bar the cambelt change, so any decent garage you trust will do it just as good, and a lot cheaper than Renault.

Theyre basically the same car so not too many things to do! Looks wise you said you didnt want it to look like a williams Spec wise, they are the same Performance wise, a wider front track and a 2.0 really lol! Just mod your valver......

it might be the lambda If the ecu knows its not running right, after ten repetitions, itll read off the map, and not off lambda I think (If I remember what Andy BBPT told me lol)
