Wouldnt be getting one straight away new
warranty or not it would be remapped an most likely run on red diesel :rasp:
we have a cooper now, the only down side is the gearbox and the powersteering can decide not to work randomly every few months

if you did the diagnotic and it said knock sensor then why havent you replaced the knock sensor??
its under the fuel rail cover and about 30-40 for a new sensor i think
Erasing the problem from the ECU will not solve the problem you do know that??
i never understand why people do that without correcting the addressed problem
on the side of the glove box is where the fuses are
the panel that is hiding the fuses has all the locations on the back
just have a look through and see if you see one that is blown
