they go in the same as the standard ones push and twist in then they lock in place i bought a set off here that wouldnt fit though even though they are the correct ones just wouldnt sit in place

well no more likely a front spring, the top end of the rear spring is tiny and if it was the centre of the rear, you would know about it sounds like the top of a front coil spring to me

personally it doesnt sound good, its not the dephaser the aux belt is on the vegre of snapping, then you will be introuble if that decides to take the cambelt out too

That is certainly not the dephaser, i wouldnt run that any further

welcome :) aslong as they are serviced properley and have had the belts changed at the right time and had regular oil changes then it will be solid :) as for economy near 35-40 mpg is possible and petrol is cheaper than diesel so wouldnt be to much of a drop for you :)

Check you have the correct plugs in, or buy a fresh set to be sure make sure they are the NGK PFR6E10

the exterior one just gives you the correct temp under the clock, it doesnt explain why you water temp guage is rising and dropping you can get just the sensor from a scrappy or on the wanted section on here, my sensor is also knackered lol a thermostat is a small job, probs easier than...

Sounds like your outside air temp sensor is gone, which is the nipple thing on the underside of the passenger wing mirror and possibly the thermostat is knackered which is why the temp guage is irregular
