Good move! Can confirm theyre stick on. Its a shame with the Clio one because i would of removed it straight away. The big Renault badge above the numberplate is enough..

Here is an example.. http://erc.qmuc.ac.uk/cliosport/gallery/full/1084873633__pad_deposition.jpghttp://erc.qmuc.ac.uk/cliosport/gallery/full/1084873633__pad_deposition.jpg
Deposits are sometimes visible, sometimes not, but when theyre cool just run your hand over the discs to check for any unevenness.
If your pads are worn youll get that lovely screech of backing plate onto disc, if you look in between your caliper and noticed theyre only a couple of mm thick...
Unlikely to be warped discs, though many people will lead you to believe this. Probably the pads have left uneven deposits on the disc which makes it uneven and so gives the lumpyness.
I would also check you actually have any pads left :)

Nothing wrong with them when i had them.. didnt notice an improvement (nor did i expect any) but they created less brake dust, lasted longer, and were dirt cheap!

Ill undertake but only if theyve been sitting in the outside lane for ages and they know im there. Cant say ive ever flashed anyone up though, think its a bit rude, ill try and wait basically.
I hate people who think because theyre doing the limit so no one else should go over it..petty.

Just because youre a mature driver doesnt mean the 182 is ideal for you (at this point in time). New drivers tend to be nervous and can and will make mistakes, im not sure if a 182 is the sort of car you want youre first prangs in. Im not an aggressive driver but i do get the red mist sometimes...
Never buy anything without clearing it with us ;)
Can vouch for what the others say after reading the Ecotek threads ages ago. Its a load of balls..
Unlucky guys.

I dont think there is anything wrong with 172 suspension really, the amount of roll doesnt mean it handles badly in my view.
Maybe its worth driving another 182 balders?

Unless its set up properly and not lowered too much (avoiding bumpsteer etc.) the Williams will still be better handling, its more than just new springs and dampers at the end of the day. Id expect the valver would have more grip and thefore be faster though.

Are you on the Type R forum?
The mk2 V6 is a lot different from the mk1, a whole different car really.

Id go with that really, my 1.2 is an absolute beast on track (yes really), well at least on the tight and twisty ones. Then you go home with 40mpg and feel pretty chuffed with yourself.
One problem ive noticed is where my car has been built to a cost bits have started falling off due to the...
I have the unsilenced one, its loud as performance exhausts go but nothing that bad. You get used to it after a week. Ive had mine for a while and am a bit bored of it, prefer the sound of a decent engine rather than the exhaust note, unsuprisingly you dont get that in a 1.2 16v.
