    Opinions on powerflow exhausts...

You cant? But it varies it from place to place, all i have seen is untidy welding, like what i used to do in Design & Technology lessons at school! -Rob [Edited by RobFenn on 04 May 2004 at 3:46pm]

It is an exhaust made to fit your car. Not an exhaust for your car. -Rob

    Buckets Vs Leather

Leather looks good but can be annoying, sticks to you in the summer and is cold in winter. I saw a re-trimmed valver at a southend meet once though and it looked fantastic, very classy, unlike the saggy, creased leather you get in original valvers these days which looks a bit delboy.. Those...

    1.6 16v performance

    lowered 40mm

I think if your keeping your car pretty standard, with the 15s or a subtle upgrade then -40mm would suit it, but if you want 17s, big spoilers etc. youll want to go further, even with -60mm theres a noticeable arch gap. -Rob

    15 alloy offset for dynamique

No i dont blame you. Im just as fussy, hence spending unreal amounts of money on my car! Ill probably get them refurbed anyway, found a cheap place.. When is the FCS? And where? -Rob

Lowered cars (60mm+) Tramlining in Wet

Your post is somewhat confusing as tramlining is purely down to tyres so if it is that, you need to get skinny and/or better tyres. But, i think youre referring to bumpsteer, you get that feeling that the cars getting steered for you? Not uncommon with much lowered sheds like yours ;) You just...

    wobbling/twitching at all speeds

Not kerbed (buckled) a wheel? Mines lowered more than that and i got a bit of steering pull where the tracking was out but that was it. -Rob

    15 alloy offset for dynamique

Theyre Contis (as fitted on a cup), fronts havent got loads of tread but the rears are fine. And its a set of 5, with the 5th having an almost new tyre. They also are supersealed (absorbs punctures). Two are kerbed..but not really badly. I wont pretend theyre a great set but they are a lot of...

    15 alloy offset for dynamique

ET35 will be fine as long as you dont lower it too much, i.e 80mm. It will change geometry, you wouldnt notice it anymore than people with ET37 wheels. Would you consider swapping your wheels for mine? -Rob
