Could be so many things, difficult to know where to start. Try disconnecting the throttle position sensor (which is on the pedal) and start it up.

It's over revving as said above. That light is to warn than the engine is hitting the limiter.

I was always told to work in diagonals as that's how the system is fed on the 1*2's. Passenger rear, Drivers front. Drivers rear, Passenger front. I doubt it makes a massive difference tbh unless you're doing a full fluid change.

172 - I presume he changed the keys as well? 182 - After sitting for 8 months without a battery connected (I presume) this could be an immobiliser issue too.

Check the battery, and I mean the car battery not the alarm :) Is the car starting ok?

:eek: Can't believe you had an issue getting it fitted mate! I did mine at the roadside on jacks and had no problems getting it fully aligned. Gutted you cut it :dapprove: Glad you're happy with it though :)

Yeah that's the airbag/serv lights, this is ESP/ABS/Serv lights.

brake pedal switch issue.

They will go much lower, undriveably (sp) low. Back is almost fully down. I wanted the nose down stance though, with little to no front arch rubbing.

Well it depends on whether you have them set up Dave. I know some people don't but I spent £100+ on getting them fully aligned and they're spot on now - can't fault them. A rubbish couple of pics, but the general idea.. I'll have a look for more.
