-Dirty abs teeth. give each ring a clean and make sure the gaps in the teeth have no dirt.
-Broken/rusted/missing tooth on ABS ring
-Dirty ABS sensor - try cleaning the detector sensor
-Faulty sensor
Sureley if the light is on then its the cat that's f**ked not the lambda
unless the lambda is giving a false reading which is telling the ECU that the cat is f**ked? then that would mean the lambda is failed
that is what the light means isnt it?
excatly but its for that reason that it will be the first lambda as the 2nd is in basic terms just analysing that the cat is working properley
its the first that affects fueling etc
so it will be that one that causes problems if faulty
hmm maybe see if someone else can confirm if there is one sensor or 2
i kno the exhaust setup is different to the phase 2 172 which has 2 lambda's
but im sure the 182 also has 2
undo the rear shock (bolt on bottom, and bolt in the boot)
only do one at a time, then compress the shock once off
if there is no resistance then its fucked, and if it has recently leaked there will be oil on the outside of your shocks so check them for this
i jumped it through a roundabout at nearly a ton and it didnt come off well lol
a member on here has it now and is turning it into a track car :D

i think the servicing and repairs are cheap tbh maybe not when cam aux an dephaser is due lol
but apart from that i service mine pretty cheap, insurance has gone up from what is was i agree
