There is a special tool you can use called a G clamp to prize the rear wiper off the window, if you cant get hold of one however, then make sure you lubricate the bolt, and dont pull too hard because you may end up with a smashed window lol

Theres always a possibility of it f**king up or not matching.. the money that you spend on primer, paint and laquer, thats probably half the amount for the job to get someone to do it professionally, I done the baseplates and grill on my old saxo and it looked alright.. just the chance you take...
