Trophy v Shopping Trolley

Afternoon,

Just been to Tesco to get some bits and bobs. As I come back to the motor, I notice an eardley couple beside my car. (Im abit weary of old couples). Pop the shopping into the boot, and start to head to my door. For some reason I turn around and see this shopping trolley, (that the old granny was using) making process for my back left hand side. I actually jump and stretch in the air to make this trolley does not hit my car, which is does'nt. She kept saying sorry dear, and I really did feel for her. But let's say that my James Bond day's where up and the trolley did hit my Trophy, what would happened, if they lady said, "well that's not my problem, im not paying for it. The outcome was, car saved, extremly sore fingers, and I quote to her, "You need to be more careful dear, as the next person might not be as nice as me" . Think I pulled chaps.

PS. The car already has a dent on the other side, due to a shopping trolley.

This sounds familier, i was in local Waitrose car park which is slightly on a hill, middle aged guy had stopped his trolley let go to open the boot and the trolley was off. I saw it before he did, legged it back upto the car caught the trolley with less then 6 inches to spare, and told him i'd only had the car 2 days, and had that hit it he'd have ruined my day big time!!

Needless to say, i ALWAYS park at the top of the hill now!!

Not sure where you'd stand, maybe criminal damage? doesn't peoples house insurance have something to cover this kinda thing?

Slightly different but still a shopping related mishap, I came back to my car one time and some cheeky bint had put her shopping on my roof. I 'politely' asked her to move them the f**k off my roof and why she had put them on it in the first place, when the floor is perfectly adequate.

Her reply was ' its hasnt marked it' I said well if thats the case put the f**king shopping on YOUR roof, f**king c**t. Grr some people are flotsam

I was in a carpark sitting in my car putting my headunit in my bag and then i hear a massive "thud". Looked over and theres a lady, hand over mouth looking at me going "its ok...sorry....its ok....its just the wingmirror" (she managed to open her car door onto my wingmirror). How i didnt get out of the car and whack her round the head with said wingmirror shouting "its ok...its just a wingmirror" i dont know. There was no damage but i inspected every panel upon my return.

My old car had 1 small dint, then when i started parking in car parks for work it managed to gather about 8 within 6 months. All taken out for £20 by the dent master at work, then the car was crashed less than a month later by the new owner.

things like this are totally un funny, thats why i go shopping at 3am

just had a full re spray on my valver and the day i picked it up, went to work (bingo hall) parked up and sone old dude in a cav smacked his door into mine, saw it throught the window went out to have a word and all i got was

''what do you expect me to do? i couldn't open the door wide enough to get out''

this is why old people should not drive! had his details from his membership though hehe
