So are 428's a good all round compromise for basically a stock engine with a remap to suit?

Well as you're running et35 this means the outer edge of the wheel sits 10mm further out towards the edge of the arch. However, as you're on 195 tyres this will counter act it by 5mm on each edge of the tyre meaning you're actually only 5mm closer. So....you should be ok so long as you don't go...

Used keys cannot be re-programmed, they are ECU locked. You'd need a brand new 'blank' key to take to a locksmiths for coding.

New keys are expensive for a reason - it's kind of important that they're special order only ;)

Possibly yeah, if anywhere they'll catch the outer lip of the arch.

Yeah they only go on one way but if you twist the bolts clockwise and anticlockwise whilst they are in the strut this adds and takes away camber. I paid about £100 for mine fully setting up, front and rear.

The bolts are the top ones Scott, with the washer and U bracket arrangement.

Hubs are strengthened on the Cup Chassis and Trophy Jon, it's to reduce interchangeability. Plus they are slightly wider.

As long as everything is still tight then there shouldn't be a problem. The mounts don't always sit flush to the car.
