Well as you're running et35 this means the outer edge of the wheel sits 10mm further out towards the edge of the arch. However, as you're on 195 tyres this will counter act it by 5mm on each edge of the tyre meaning you're actually only 5mm closer. So....you should be ok so long as you don't go...
Yeah they only go on one way but if you twist the bolts clockwise and anticlockwise whilst they are in the strut this adds and takes away camber.
I paid about £100 for mine fully setting up, front and rear.
