are you sure the aux belt was changed when you had the cam belt done
sounds stupid but just sometimes people presume it has when it hasnt
dont think dephaser will be your problem

sounds like you have a leaking rear shock
check this first as this will cause all your symptoms that you have
just pop off the rear wheels an you will see if its leaking straight away

i reckon its most likeley to be the carriers make sure they are sat right
as this could cause your discs to have uneven run out giving you juddering under braking

sounds like your ballast mate try swapping the bulbs over to see if its the bulb or not
a flickering light tends to be the ballast though
as a faulty bulb is more likeley to dim or change colour (normally pink)
