Tomtom One is entry Level then right through starting @ 300 > 910 as far as I know, there's not a massive difference between them apart from screen size, bluetooth, international maps and phone calling functions etc.

I never use my address, some companies do a credit search on you whilst you're getting quotes (elephant/admiral are the worst) this can give you a crap credit rating.

The ISP will be using a form of DHCP anyway so you don't always get the same IP unless you're paying for one which is $$$ and not many people do.

I use www.dnsstuff.com or www.samspade.org They will tell you the owner of the IP address, probably an ISP.

I had a V3 for a year, it was a steaming pile of turd. If I'd just wanted a thin phone to make calls on it would have been perfect, if you want to send messages, take photo's etc you're better off with something else.
