P.S. Some other geek tricks : in a web browser for www.cliosport.net simply type in cliosport and then press shift and enter (adds the www and the .net on automatically) in a web browser for www.bbc.com simply type in bbc and then press ctrl and enter (adds the www and the .com on automatically)

That sounds like a load of crap. My mini was in once a month, sometimes they couldn't diagnose the problem, but the problem was there. Never got charged, and it always got valeted for free into the bargain too
