Just in process of installing an Alpine cd changer in my 52 plate dynamique, have removed the storage unit from under the seat and wired the changer up to the headunit and slotted the wire under the carpet, all very easy, now the bit i am stumped at, unit didnt have any brackets so using 5 cm...
anyone any idea what the model number is of the cd changer from a 172 which is made by alpine? just got one but cant see any model number on it!
also does anyone have a telephone number for alpine customer services?
well during the first year you would get a new car from your insurers if you wrote it off, but its probably a good idea for the other two years.

did you buy car on credit? that might be whats called gap insurance so that say you owed £10k but insurers valued it at £7k it will pay the difference
sad thing is i too have adopted the hold on to the side of the passenger seat position! esp if going over speed bumps.....think i will go see renault this week and see what their monkeys can do about it
