    williams vs 172

Yeah way to go hijacking the thread! I dont think its that hard to have a healthy debate, surely we love both cars anyway so whats the problem? Dont see the point in condemning a thread before its even started  -Rob

    williams vs 172

It doesnt have to develop into an arguement, sheesh give it a chance! Fact, at the moment in time the Willy was the best hot hatch ever, bar none end of. However comparing it to a new hot hatch is a bit unfair, even though its still great, some things wont be equal in comparison with modern...

Does the interior on the door panel have to be removed to get bumpstrips off btw, and what about the back part of the bumpstrips not on the door? Cheers. -Rob

    KTR Exhaust

Maybe i would if i had a Cup :p I dont get how the ecu thingy would work, obviously its adjusting the fuelling and surely a dealer would be able to see something as obvious as that? Ill await your results. -Rob

    KTR Exhaust

Dont see the point in a chip for the 1.2...completely invalidating the warranty and you will still get beaten at the lights. -Rob

    Running in a 172 Cup

Most of us are fans of optimax, i only use it in fact. Id agree that it doesnt need running in, the Cup engine is bench tested and 172 owners have found caning the car seems to pay off! -Rob

    Mytyres.net

I have had to buy a 19 inch tyre of there and it was half the price of most retailers! My contis were much cheaper too. Just because they cant compete on every single price doesnt make them overrated, its a quality company! -Rob

    SILVERSTONE TYRES

You get what you pay for at the end of the day, id expect they dont last as long as a better tyre and the performance wont be as good. So really in the long run you wont save any money. Remember tyres are the things stopping you go off the road, get the best you can afford! -Rob

I can only account for the new model 1.4 16v: 1) group 4 2) this one a 16v 3)98bhp/112/10.5 to 62mph (maybe a tad conservative) 4) Not sure of spec, any sport orientated version should have fogs though. Hope this helps. -Rob

    Drove a Vauxhall 888 **Pics**

Dont believe the top speed, the wing would make it slower than a normal astra coupe top end. If you want one, the paintwork will be in pearlescent Europa Blue. Similar shades of blue adorn the interior - and how. Theyre on the upholstery, on part of the steering wheel, and particularly on...
