as far as i am aware my clio is meant to be pushing out 98bhp.
i aint wanting to chip or shove on an exhaust that would scare small children so anyone recommend any engine mods and roughly what improvement i could get...would love to hit say 110 bhp
engine is bedded in after 2.1k miles so...
after reading of folks probs with dynamiques makes me wonder one thing, some days when i start my baby up no matter if it be cold or a hot day when driving away it is not smooth ie car is juddering, has not stalled but makes me wonder if a fuel problem....any thoughts?
go for the throat mate, that is truely an awful balls up by the dealer, i would be going mental at them.....renault must have to give you something for a f##k up like that....just ask for the dealer manager and go from there
I posted yesterday about getting offered £6k for my 5 month old 2003 spec 1.4 dynamique with just over £2k on the clock, well have been to peugeot garage tonight and have been offered £7k for her against a 206 gti.

Just been to enquire about getting a 172, was offered £6k trade in for my 1.4 16 with 2k on the clock....had at least hoped for £6750 but £6k was their only offer and best they would offer a 172 cup for was £12500.....think i will do some calling about other dealers

Each quote has the same £150 excess, my dad added, legal expenses and protected no claims discount (5 years :)) and 10000 miles a year

My company for me wanted just short of £1k and that was they said with a staff discount...tadgers... for my 1.4 16v, finally got it with a lower excess, legal expenses, old boy on through Arnold Clark Brokers for £425
:devilish:when you get your money from them pop down to your local garage, fill a bottle up with their finest petrol and then deliver the said filled bottle with a lit rag attached through firms windows :devilish:
My tip for getting a good price is to go through an insurance broker, forget all that cut out the middle man bullsh*te, i work for an insurer and go through a broker as they have schemes in place with insurers and can get good prices and also fight for you if insurer pisses you about in a claim...
Its due to the rising costs of claims that Insurers are keeping away from powerful cars, if you try sites such as directlines for expensive or powerful cars they wont give you a quote online but tell you to call them, they seem to have increased the young driver thing from 25 -> 30 its...
Also make sure you have a cd so you can have the tunes on for cruising around! i couldnt decide what to take when i picked my clio up so ended up with around 12 cds in my jacket!
