Couple of quick questions folks, as i have previously posted i have two depressions on each side of my bonnet, car was looked at by dealers on friday, two points came out of this, 1 - bodyshop confirmed it cant be repaired 2 - there is no visible paint work damage.

Thanks for the replies, dealer was down in Ayrshire, i am going to take it up with renault on monday morning as still a tad peed off, end result of my bonnet inspection was that their bodyshop has agreed bonnet is damaged and that it was most likely done during car construction as no sign of any...

i whilst driving a 1.4 noticed after around 1000 miles that car was starting to improve, now at 1950 so mine must have settled now........if you read your manual it basically says keep it below 3500 revs i think...just dont hammer it from day one

I was going for a 1.2 but i hired one from a local firm for a weekend and having dropped down from a 1.6 16v megane i found it a bit too much of a power drop, went for the 1.4 16v and now engine seems to be ran in she performs excellently!

Two questions folks, first anyone used chipsaway as my mate has tonight scrapped his clio down the side of his old bhoys jag, quite a large scratch to driver side wing.

Just to update this post, was speaking to dealer over phone today and he said he had a few folks in over the last month or so with same problem, he arranged to have body shop call me....their reply...never heard of it.......more confused than ever know.....but she is going in on friday morning...
