The coilpacks can let moisture in causing the miss-fire. As for showing on the dash I'm not 100% either way. Try disconnecting the HT leads 1 at a time and see if it makes any difference, remembering the order of them though!
TDC sensor is another possibility and it's about £30 from dealers...
I know someone who had a similar problem, on a 1.2 though. This turned out to be the oxygen sensor (not sure whether this applies to yours) but it was changed at the dealers at a cost of around £150!

So many blue 182's will almost certainly refer to the Artic Blue, not Racing Blue which is the colour Cup's were available in.
h means an oil level sensor fault has been detected.
t mean an injection fault has been detected for a minimum of 4 seconds.

You can't turn auto wipers off. As for the headlights. turn your ignition fully on but don't start the car. Then swith your lights on/off 2 or 3 times and this should switch them back on.
Yes the shell is the same it's just a different style so I'm 95% certain it will fit Mk2 ph2 and 3.
The front bumpers actually look closer to a 172/182 front end than any modded/smoothed non-RS bumper I've seen. The fog surrounds help IMO.
