Insurance Advice from someone who works in insurance please

Hi, just wondering if someone who works for insurance companies could give some advice. My parents car has been key scratched quite deep in a few places, also looks like someone has rubbed it with a scouring pad in other places. My dad also damaged the front splitter on a curb.

they are fully comp - if they claim on insurance are these all seen as seperate claims or if is it done as a single claim? Obviously if single claims it is not in their interest to actually get it done as 3 claims would then mean they lose their ncb...

don't think they'd believe while about to park i was distracted by hoodies on either side scratching and attacking the paintwork and as a result i drove into a high kerb side... can i claim for all repairs please...

I like to be optimistic but can't see that getting through as believable...

Surely it was vandalidsed and the thieving gits tried to steal the front splitter after keying the car! :rasp:
