Re: F**king Aol b******s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah me too seb, tbh I never have any disconnects really but I moved house earlier this year and they 'inadvertantly' put me down to Silver. I rang up to complain and they upgraded me to Gold again, however I didn't realise at the time that they had...
:bump: does anyone know how, or indeed why having new tyres fitted would cause this problem?
Also is there anythng simple I can do to adjust/rectify as I don't really want this fault hanging around until Renault get to look at it?
Had 2 new PE2's fitted to the front yesterday, and today whenever I drive on the motorway for more than a couple of miles the ESP and Serv light both light up constantly.
These never showed before so I'm certain it's something related to the new tyres? Also it switches off once the car is...
No trouble at all, although it did make the ride harsh, but I wasn't too bothered about that. Got minor rubbing at the rear with 205's fitted so added some 5mm spacers and this cured it. No rubbing at the front.
lol, you're making an easy job sound very difficult! I did my front pads a week or so ago, took me less than an hour all in. The front shocks do not have to be removed and even a spanner should undo the caliper bolts, they're not that awkward to get to.
Been a few weeks now since I saw the ol' Daz plates, but documents finally arrived along with my cut down plate so got them fitted :approve:
Also a couple of other 'subtle' mods ;)
Enjoy :)
£117! I'll do them for that price and pocket the £70 profit! lol!
I bought Mintex Extreme pads and fitted them myself in less than an hour, total cost £40 :D
question 1, no there isn't an adaptor available (cheaply) as of yet, even the 2005+ Clio 182's are struggling for the adaptors, believe me!
question 2, yes AFAIK they're the same.
