90%+ of MOT testing stations can't warrant the expense of the testing equipment to check the tints. Hence they don't normally get checked. VOSA testers will however have the equipment and will test the tints.

I will have to ask later on edde as this isn't my car, it's a family member who is having the problems. I'm relaying what he told me. It was on the diag on Friday, the fault showed up as fuel filter and the Renault technician simply said leave it for now as it's changed on the 72K service...

It's been on the computer on Friday edde at a cost of £80 only to come back with the fuel filter fault. Throttle body has been cleaned to eliminate it.

Nah mate, the memory card is fine at 500mb, it's the phone's internal memory that seems to be nolonger available to use.

I've had this phone for over a year now and it's doing ok except the available phone memory has dropped from 6mb as standard to just 1.9mb! :eek: I now cannot receive a lot of text messages etc and have to keep deleting things to free up memory. At one point I had 500+ messages in my inbox...

Yeah I thought as much... I knew the 150K theory as I checked the manual and that's what it said. I really don't understand it as that's what came back as faulty on the diagnostics. Yeah it's @ 71K now on a 1.2 16v 04 plate which is high but then the car was cheap.

I don't doubt your info edde, but the car is booked in for it's 72K service next month and the Renault garage has told us to leave the filter until then as it'll be changed anyway? :S Are they talking b****cks or what?
