Your suspension may need some time to settle in, and then the back will get lower (remember theres less weight at the back). The second question is easy, the eibach springs are better quality than the factory springs, i take it their just a fast road spring kit? Not sure about the last one..

5 door could be a problem, go to a more distinguished bodyshop which specialises in modified cars. The thing i hate about the UK modified scene is cars with poor fitting kits, unequal shutlines etc, you dont get that anywhere else, so get it done properly!
