That K-tec kit looks great, nice 4 pot brembo calipers. In red, yum! Plus remember its custom for clios so id expect it to be as good as anything else.
Lol could be expensive shipping it over for servicing!
Another thing was i tried asking about the Cup, and i asked about the renault sport add ons, and the salesman didnt know anything about them, even though in the brochure it says ASK YOUR DEALER!! He didnt know anything about renaultsport...
An investor in my dads company bent the axle on a DB7 Vantage when they both went on the aston martin high speed training course. All he did was go off and hit a manhole cover.
At 130mph. lol
Commiserations to druddle, though im not suprised by the price to be honest.
i didnt no that was the case with the racers, i still wouldnt mind having a go in them, theyre supposed to be a right handful according to EVO though i presume the car wasnt set up for the driver.
If you go off the track your f**ked anyway so who cares about the geometry ha ha. Anyway i dont...
I had an S2000 behind me this morning, looked like 2003 spec model as it had extra little bits. I think they look superb, a shark like look. Dont know much about them? Why arent many sold over here in the UK?
Ben, i know what you mean, peaky engines are more fun, and feel more up for it but...
Remember escort cosworths arent fast fast, standard ones anyway, struggled past 140 and 0-60 was about 6.7 to 60 so would be a close call.
ITR have the best sounding 4 cyl!! There is little understeer so youre right Ben oversteer isnt that hard to get. It also has the coupe shape which is...

The old MK3 VR6s arent bad handling, its just the weight doesnt help it to be that nimble. Overall a good package though in my view. MK2 GTI 16v is the best though!

Well theres not a huge difference, the BMW has 231bhp and 300nm of torque. Thats clearly more but the 0-60 of the BMW is no better. Obviously mid range it would have the clio beaten but in the real world he could of been in 6th gear while dror172 might of been in 4th.
You forget laws of physics, the circumference of 15s are less than 17s, so intial accleration is going to be better. You just mean grip, which obviously going to be better. The main difference would be in the quality of your tyres.
15s on track would be a good choice for many a reason IMO...

Im not suprised you beat it, theyre not that powerful, plus it was also old and was a great car at the time but brakes and that must show its age. Id kill for that 5 cylinder warble though!
I havent found any discounts either, maybe as the cup was released here first. I am considering getting one at the end of the year if i can justify the insurance costs, HIC are the only people who will consider insuring me..at almost 5k  . I might have to keep it just for track and run the...

I thought id have a little moan..
On a cold morning last week, my car had problems starting, then the oil warning light. Fair enough i thought, ill top it up. Then, i opened the bonnet and thought "where the hell is the oil cap?" i checked this about a million times but gave up (i felt like a...

I dont think youll have any problems. Youll need to get uprated dampers/shocks if you go that low though. Im not sure if your car is a fitment but spax to good value coilovers (RSX?) which obviously include shocks.
