Id like to get the protective film, supaglass put on my clio. After replacing my side window recently due to some tw@ and a hammer ive become slighty paranoid! Was wondering if anyone had it..and how much it costs, if it peels etc and anything else of use?

I heard that renault will be supplying engine and interior upgrades after christmas for the cup. Anyone know anything more than that?

Im not sure, its hard finding suppliers, i think (dont quote on me!) that r-tec have them. Theyre pricey as techno are a really good wheel maker anddd i think they have a waiting list! (on F1s at least)

Thats a good point. I think the driving test should include cars with abs and non abs to help that situation.

You can get a half rollcage in and attach the harnesses to them but that doesnt really matter as i think unless you have money to burn for insurance etc there aint no point. Shame, i agree that the driving position is too ford transit!

The viper looksss cool. Ive heard that they give better bhp than k&n and the like too, not sure bout hillpower as i m a k-tec racing fan :D

I think its a bit of a pointless comparison as theyre just not a like in any way. Id take an EVO over a scooby, cos they look better, if you can say that an EVO is good looking!

Yeah my dads old aston had them so i presume so. Otherwise something on par with them. Do the steering wheel controls still work with other headunits?? and do the headunits improve volume and clarity? Thing is id have to replace the speakers as well cos the amount of vibration is sh*te...

Mk1s lighter, tad quicker, not noticeable. though really...starting to look a little dated compared to mk2s (sorry!) Ive heard mk2s are more fun to drive.

i have exactly the same car Dan. And i find taking the bass above +2 f**ks every speaker. I think its just a poor system but check the speaker guard isnt loose is the first tip. Otherwise get it replaced under warranty. And demand it to be replaced by the way, i wouldnt be suprised if a mechanic...

Why does a better head unit improve things? I spent extra getting the factory version and as far as i know an aftermarket cd headunit (where you put cds in the headunit, not a changer in the boot) is very expensive? Also a flashy headunit promotes nickability!

More backup! I was in my extreme last night. A ctr owner must of seen the ClioSport sticker and thought i was a 172 so he started revving at the lights. I thought f**k it ill go after him and try and piss him off , but guess what..he stalled! tw@!!!
