ahh that would point to the voltage not being high enough and it clipping earlier than it should.
i'd be definitely be looking at the wiring supplying power to the unit
tbh i wouldn't waste your time
the amp inside your headunit was probably clipping it's tits off but that won't harm the amp but will destroy your speakers
well running them in free air will not put any load on them so will sound fine most probably
if you ran them off your hi-fi with them still in place in the car i bet they would sould like they do off the head unit
they just died
literally no warning nothing and no recovery as they stopped being recognised
the second one died after only about 6 months and RMA address is in the Netherlands
well at the moment you can still get deals on ms points so you could probably get the £49.99 for nearer £45 and if you get them to email the code you can start downloading not long after
yeah i'm going to see what i can get as i haven't spoken to them for a while to sort out a new deal.
i've only been home an hour and it's dicked out 3 times where it won't access the internet the last my pc actually said it had no internet which is a first.
wonder what days the retentions will...
yeah it's every thing connected to it wired or wireless and various OS's.
i'm going to see if i can wangle a SH2 and stick that in modem mode see if it works better than the SH
wondering if any one could help me out trying to figure out what's up with my internet
bought a new router as i was getting crap speeds off my SH. then i was getting pages not loading for like 30 secs then being fine for a bit (5 mins) then same again.
so disconnected new router, back on super...
you earn BTC by trying hashes that make the next block so the more hashes you try the more you earn (within pooled mining)
so when a block is found the pool currently earns 25BTC and you get a share of this based on how many shares you try + a couple of other things.
it's fast hardware that is...
it's a piece of piss to mine BTC or any other coin tbh (i setup my laptop earlier to mine quarks in about 5 mins)
you just need the the right equipment and at the moment for BTC it's asic's and they are not cheap or that easy to get hold of currently.
the mining is just not worth trying to get...
yeah if you wan't to pm me that's fine but don't know how much help i'll be, i just looked up how to install plex on ubuntu.
nope never used or ever will use OSX.
that's exactly what i've got. running ubuntu and plex on it.
i've stuck a ssd boot drive in the optical bay as i had a spare and not likely to be installing an optical bay.
i'd probably splash a bit more and get WD red's.
i've slowly upgraded my HDD's in my Microserver to red's as i didn't like the idea of normal hdd's on 24/7 plus i like the extra warranty
who knows he doesn't say ;)
are there any asic based LTC mining rigs out? so yeah mining for LTC might be worth it on some gpu's but not mining for BTC.
i sold my n40l but still have the n54l
i've got a ssd in the optical bay on my n54l then have 11TB in the storage area
i did have a graphics card in the n40 + 8GB of ram and it didn't have a problem with any videos i tried (i was running ubuntu)
the n54 has a faster cpu is the only difference...
