buy a welder! a MIG welder not a arc welder! otherwise your gonna put a hole through it! failing that take it to a bodyshop! mig welders in argos! bout £120?? but it will cost you bout the same to get the bodyshop to do it!

if you hard wire it to the 12v your gonna be running it off the battery at all times thus flattening you battery! i would fuse it personally but you could wire it into the ciggy lighter??? then if it gos you know what fuse it is??

brun did you have a disc conversion on the rear??? what was your total bill from gdi and what did that include???

rear ones are held in by pins so it leaves holes apply a little heat and they will come off then you need to fill and paint

why not get a minigrinder and cut the bolt off?? thats what we do at work when we come accross stripped bolts usually along the lines of "b*****ks! striped it, get the grinder!"

Yeah i have an E type engine, can see rocker cover only plastic is the airbox! how much could i find an RT engine for and what would i be looking for as obviously i cant see it running and as much as i would like to take sombodys word for it you never know for sure do you!
