discs all round

  Lunar Mk1 & Flamer

Can i have discs all round? Whats involved what do i need and how much would it cost me?

thanks matt

Discs have no advantage really.. apart from getting rid of heat. (and looks)

Anyway, to get them on your 1.2.. you need an RSi rear axle and everything.. its standard width track so should fit!

  172 cup,s2 rs turbo

as above but is it really worth the hassle on a 1.2 and them back calipers are pretty exspensive if you ever need to change one.

if u want braking power then all round discs aint the way to go on a 1.2

all u need is the front set up

16v calipers, grooved and/or vented discs and 16v pads will give u all u need

i got 16v calipers, Gr & Dr discs, braided hoses and 16v pads and the brakin from 100 is brilliant

it may be a 1.2 but it wont be for long :D (shhhh)

essex lad how much it cost you to get the front disks and and calipers and hoses fitted? or diy???

cost me £50 to get everything fitted

i can do most stuff on the car but will only let mechanics do my brakes!

easy job but jus dont trust my carelessness

Williams brake Upgrade on mine is fantastic - MUCH better than the original Solid discs.

Got some Calipers.. some new discs and pads.. cost about £106 for the lot.. (£40 Calipers, £66 new Discs/Pads from Euro Car Parts).

So much different.
