I gave the front a wire wheel including the bolts so that was like new, gave the internal a good clean too. Everything was spotless. I'll whip it off tomorrow and see if anythings fowling it. Failing that I'll put a bit of rtv on the face.

Battery is in the boot so bit easier to access the fuse box and crank sensor by looks of it. Atleast it gives me a starting point to diagnose 👍 thanks

This the main fuse box in the engine bay? That'll be my first thing to check. I've got the live data on my diagnostic so I'll make sure I'm getting crank info back if it's there. Thanks

Afternoon all, Any one in Scotland (central Scotland ideally) have Clip or Rs tuner and can code out the airbags and sensors for me? Car is stripped and all sensors and airbags removed, airbag control unit is still fitted. Beer tokens provided of course! Thanks Greg

It's also fused correctly with proper hydraulic crimped ring terminals etc.

The only kits I could see were pretty crap Ebay jobs. The cable I got is multi stand 25mm2 cable. Shouldnt be an issue with that. Cable wasn't getting hot either and both the voltages at the battery and alternator were identical so couldn't be voltage drop (alternator would have been reading...

Also worth noting that I have moved the battery to the boot recently. I extended the positive to the boot but grounded the battery in the boot near a seat belt mount. It's in the back of my mind that this could be the issue but all connections check out ok

So tackled this today. Went OK but did take a while. Got the eezybleed kit which was brilliant to be fair. Little issue at the start with brake fluid pissing out of both rear calipers. Turns out the bleed nipples supplied by big redd were too short and not sealing. Local motor factors sorted...
