A fine abrasive polish show bring them back up. Does the roughness feel like contamination on the lense, or the plastic itself. If its contaminants, could clay the lenses then polish

PC standard for Porter Cable, it is a random orbit polisher imported from amercia usualy.
Scratch -x is a product from meguairs to use by hand to try and remove swirl marks, and minor scratchs. Wax should be the last layer applied after polish and glazes, it protects the paint, and water runs...
If you have swirl marks, and you don't have a machine polisher and you find that using AG super resin doesn't remove them much, try megs scratch-x, bit more aggresive.
