i had one of them, major heatsoak lol, ive got a pipercross viper now loads better than that, although performance wise its probably no different to standard box. you will be losing power with that filter youve got now though.

not sure if this is the right section, sorry if it isnt ive just won this strut brace and had a horrible feeling it wont fit the 172 i guessed the sport and non sport are the same strut braces, but the seller hasnt mentioned it. any ideas? james

my 172 has always ran rubbish when cold, it splutters and kangeroo's and occasionaly backfires until its upto it usual running temp, just wondering if its the same for everyone and if theres a cure. oh and its a 02 plate 172 with 73k on the clock. james

looks good mate, one thing id do if it was mine is take the '2.0 16v' badges of the side strips and relace with '16v' ones. (unless it is a 2.0 16v engine)

i had the same problem, i used 800 grit down to 1500 grit (make sure you use water) then the will look misted if you know wot i mean. the i used some cutting compoud, then some heavy cutting polish then auto glym super resin polish. all sorted now took about 1.5 hours on each light by hand...

would like to lower, just the splitter rubs on speedbumps (loads here), and i quite like the look of the splitter. so maybe worth getting a thinner one. i do like the fatter splitter i know some people dont like the megane/laguna splitters but i think it realy inproved the front for little money.
