maybe coolant temp sensor playing up as you where having trouble with the gauge could be telling the ecu the cars cold when warm etc running rough

Puller? I used a big hammer lol half of mine got stuck I found if you tap it back on a bit wi a hammer and screwdriver then tap it off it came straight off

I get this if I use telco petrol I switched to sainsburys and has been fine if I put any tesco in it happens again

ive got to fit a new brake servo hose to my car friday as my old one has melted itself wondering if anyones done it before and if so any tips etc as it looks quite tricky trying to get the pipe from the inlet to the servo as its a rigid pipe thanks

Right I sealed my coil pack and changed my plugs Thursday and as skint I put a tenners worth of shell normal unleaded and she started fine Friday and sat morn then on sat I filled up with my usual telco momentum 99 and bang this morning it did the start thing again what fuel are you lot using?

i swaped my coilpack last nite for a mates and this morn mine started perfect we shall see

Mine does the same only priming on second turn of key but I've been told this is normal?

what where people going on about then saying a normal socket doesnt fit down ?

going to change my plugs on my 172 tomo was just looking and keep seing people say about a special spanner or something can i just not use a normal spark plug socket on an extension bar? thanks just dont wana get the inlet etc off and relise i cant change the plugs lol thanks

Done this sill same really annoying me now cranking for ages first start in morn but second fires straight up

Mines doing this first start in morning it cranks for ages but second time starts straight away and rest off the it's fine only first thing I changed battery and tdc sensor had a major service only 8k miles ago anyone found a solution?

Hi just wondering someone put a really cheap s**t battery on my car before I brought it and I'm having trouble starting but I can't find what the standard rating for the battery is if anyone knows what the rating is would be great thanks
