I don't claim to be, I am.
Secondly it's iOS not IOS.
Thirdly, surely if I am going back to iOS, preference might have something to do with it? Like I say, it meets my requirements.
Additionally, I also stated previously that Android has some excellent elements to it, it's simply that I don't...
I've had all the iPhones.
I've been on a nexus 5 for nearly a year.
I'll be going back to an iPhone.
I'm rather tech savvy. Don't care about the apple image. I just think usability and efficiency wise I prefer iOS.
The added benefits to me on iOS 8 will be answering calls via OS X...
VCP-DCD is my next one hopefully. Then onto Office365 exams. I'd like to do the Veeam exam, but not available in Australia at the moment. You studied much for the RecoverPoint exam?
Thanks for the feedback so far.
Sharepoint is rather expensive as stated and not integrated into our workflow, plus it's such a busy tool. Thank you though.
Any other thoughts?
Appreciate any feedback.
Thanks,
G
Hi there,
So, currently working in a small team. Diverse locations.
Communication is via email/calls/facetime and so on. Works well.
Looking for some collaboration/task allocation/task management software, where we can prioritise our tasks for certain projects and so everyone knows what needs...
Same thoughts here.
I used to love OS X and now not too bothered, however, I am excited about the latest release, specially supporting GSM calls and text messages. That's ace.
I've had and used many laptops in the past, of various brands and price levels. The two best models I have found are...
I would not bother personally.
Anything over Lion and apparently those models start to really struggle, plus additionally, need to take into considerations software compatibility as time goes on.
Personally, if I where you, I would wait until the new mac mini's are released and get one of the...
Hi,
I have the W900 Sony TV (australian model) and it's really good.
There are two elements which annoy me.
1) Apps - there is nothing much on there, can't add new ones. Not even plex.
2) The menu system can have a bit of lag.
I am however, very happy with the PQ and generally how it is.
I...
You can't look at it like that.
In PAYE a holiday is not free money, it's already accounted for in your salary......
You used to have the option to take it as salary, but the government have stopped that for health and safety, so you don't take your employer to court for "stress" as they are...
I think if you work out 4 weeks holiday into your contracting and can pay for the required insurances and have good advice, try it out.
If it does not work, then go back permanent.
For those that say when you go away on holiday it costs you money when contracting, it costs you as much money...
I'm surprised.
When I used to get on the train a lot, I was surrounded by iPhones.
Around London, iPhones everywhere.
Spain which i went to often, iPhones everywhere.
New York, again, iPhones everywhere.
Here near Melbourne, again everyone has iPhones.
Basically, I'm a geek and notice...
Thanks :)
Have not looked at many review sites, normally I test them out before making opinions.
The G3 size is what is concerning me though, it's rather big.
It's frustrating how the smaller phones, tend to be the less spec'd ones.
I loved the HTC one, the M8 is awesome. I am concerned...
This too. M8's are brilliant.
Second up for me would be the G3, haven't tested one, but the G2's were great.
Samsung S5, don't like the bloatware/OS on it.
Alternatively if you want iOS, wait for the iPhone 6.
Don't be silly ;)
With the fusion preview and the latest drivers it should be fine.
There are many instances when vm's run just as good or if not better as a VM.
Nevertheless, being a beta I fully understand the code is neither properly optimised and or finalised throughout.
I just...
Good option if you are already using an E3 plan or greater in your environment, but if you already have office paid for, this can be rather costly.
Lync is good though :)
If I had an office with all windows software, I would go for this setup probably.
Hey,
No worries for help, let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
I am not selling you anything, or any service, just like helping people out, as sometimes you can get shafted :(
Thanks,
G.
Lots of opinions and thoughts without actually asking what is blindingly obvious.
What internet connection are you going to have there? Will you be using the same line for your data???
As stated you have two options, both have pro's and con's
HOSTED
Pro;
1) nothing really to manage
2)...
