Morning Cookie :)
Hope you are well.........
Nope, that has not worked, tried that earlier on.
Seems like there is a lot of info out there, but many different causes for the same error message.
Some people's solutions are just crap, i.e replace CPU drivers..........
Anyhow, my last solution...
Hi,
Have you come across the BSOD with ati2dvag.exe ?
Just bought some new HP's at work (not having the best time at the moment) and installed our standard image that we have.
After a while we get ati2dvag on the BSOD.
Looked all over the net, no luck.
Spoke to HP and they pretty much shut...
Just for reference, I have random 'flexi time' where sometimes, people don't know my location but always available on mobile/Internet. This doesn't mean I'm not doing any work or that I am bumming around, but sometimes yes, I'm not doing work however is subsidised from the many extra hours that...
Don't slate your Boss or make him look Like a fool. plan your tactics and be honest. I personally hate when people are slagging their managers off for promotions and so on, concentrate on your good points and how you have helped the business so far and how much more you could do. They have...
s**t progresses?
Depends on what you are doing and how.
You sound clued up so I will get straight to the point, if you knew the spec before buying it and that it would not match your predecessor, why purchase it, it's a great deal of money. We all know that 'you' can build a similar machine...
Before you waste a lot of money by using it as a monitor, let's address your original problem.
Why "WNow, eventually my i7 27'' is going become s**t" ?
Care to elaborate on the issue?
Darren,
Thanks for your reply.
The output looks similar to this (not actual product) >
As you can see, the digital output is only a DVI-D, so it only carries digital, other cards on the DVI can normally take analogue as well which have the flat pin and the little pins next to it.
We use analogue monitors.
The new machines have 2 outputs;
1)VGA
2)DVI-D (only carries a digital output)
So, any DVI-VGA adaptor will work, however, as the card outputs only a digital signal from the DVI output, it will not work on an analogue monitor.
Hope this makes sense.
Hi people,
What PCI-E cards do you buy at work for dual screens?
Our old machines had AGP, so they where quite easy and cheap to get, but new machines I have bought only have digital outputs and our monitors are analogue.
Most are around £30 + but just need cheap basic ones to enable...
:)
Guy that sits next to me has a W7 phone, he updated it yesterday evening, same issue.
Huge amount of users are reporting this problem actually.
They will fix it.
IOS is really good, quick and easy to use. Considering trying Android 2.3.
Have you read all the information online about the "ghost" data that Windows 7 sends and receives, even being on idle?
http://www.electronista.com/articles/11/01/19/ms.says.windows.phone.7.ghost.data.an.outsider.bug/
I'd create the template and then pull in feeds from autotrader but can be expensive.
URL below is one I helped make, coding and design is not ideal but you get the picture.

Awesome, cheers guys.
Sometimes the IP4 simply says "connecting" for ages, whilst trying to get emails, very annoying.
Apparently, if you lock the screen, it stops the phone syncing, is this true?
Thanks very much,
G.
Thanks Rasclart. That is excellent feedback.
I went to CPW to try it out with my work simcard in their demo, but they would not let me do it, they said the phone would be registered.
Then asked if I bought it, didn't work as expected could I get a refund, again no.
So basically, didn't get a...
8GB, can't believe how much cheaper it's become, I bought 4gb Last year March time and it was £95 inc Delivery.
I have an SSD in there, and it's ridiculously quick, with 8GB ram, Vmware will run wonderfully. Awesome.
Nice wallpaper
I see, I find the iPhone quite easy to configure, but I don't need themes and so on.
Usability wise, the iPhone is really intuitive, I found it a bit of a struggle to use an HTC Desire the other day.
I was impressed, that you could upgrade the firmware, without requiring a PC, amazing.
A lot...
Re-install windows, that will fix the majority of the issues, don't load crap software! Choose a good AV that isn't bloated! Just as new after that !!!
Depends on what you are doing.
If you are using photoshop and other intensive applications, or virtualising windows on parallels/vmware then yes, of course, if you ware just using your mac for the internet / general documents and itunes, then no.
To make the MBP feel snappier and quicker at...
I struggle, I quite dislike iTunes for music and videos.
For backing up the iPhone I think it's superb.
I have a high IQ, fact.
Off topic, nice avatar pic, like the apple logo.
Just looking at renewing some of our internet lines.
Currently use a mixture;
EasyNet
BT
Hastingwood (small company)
Looking to possible go with Virgin and use this
Would make life easier, basically one large LAN but in different geographical locations.
Any thoughts?
G
Just installed a vertex 2e and it's superb, really, really quick.
You need both speed and space.
Why don't you get a 60gb for the OS and a separate HD installed instead of the CD rom for the storage?
:)
Can I just add, there seems to be a lot of disagreements in these thread, we all have our opinions and expertise :)
I am a fellow iOS user, however, I think I will have to try Android at some point.
However, this thread is about the Nexus S, looks like an excellent phone, not paying £500 + for...
Can I just say, I see where you are coming from and totally agree with what you are saying, specially on transporting stuff, if I could do that on my iPhone or equivalent, then I would, no need for extra baggage. Just my tools and ISO's on my phone, awesome.
Sorry, back to topic.
