I feel like my 172t could use a 6th gear when cruising just to drop the revs down abit, is there a box which is a straight swap or is it the internals which need attention? @NorthloopCup

I've had my inlet done but the mount bracket lets the bay down, I've bodged it with hammerite this afternoon and am not happy with the finish at all. I've got another mount coming to me...
Go gold like the inlet...
Or go satin black to match the hoses and boost pipes...

I'm thinking about low boosting my clio with the engine dynamic kit...
My standard clutch has covered 85k and am wondering if it will handle the hike in power or should I get the upgraded 5 puk paddle clutch they offer or save abit more and get the helix kit?
Any info or help appreciated

Please help I've ordered a new OMP wheel and boss kit but have just read that the Boss kit will not work with the 172 steering angle sensor and that a MOMO should have been used??

I've seen some black headlights on fleabay but are regular bulbs, would I be able to convert them to take my xenon bulbs an how difficult would it be to do??

Under acceleration the car struggles and hesitates in low down revs in any gear, it's become worse over the last couple of days but is fine on idle. Didnt know if it would be the plugs, leads, or anything else???

I've recently just changed my bend from this....
To this.... But everytime i pop my bonnet its come off the BMC, any tips to help keep it on. I'm not over tightening it either so I dont understand why it keeps doing it. The reducer from the BMC fits the hose fine to and goes inside the silicon...
Simply what it the easiest way to cut it and get a decent straight edge, i cut my previous one using a hacksaw an it went on the wonk.
I dont want to mess up my new one by doing the same lol.

Whats the best way to clean it? Just put some carb cleaner all over it whilst the cars running?
Take it off? Is it a simple task? ie unbolt, bolt on??

When ordering what was the size and did you have to send away any proof of ownership for that reg mark, When I last ordered a full size plate from demonplates.com I had to send a photocopy of my cert from DVLA and my new V5 showning that new mark.
