Ok i have just finihsed putting my rear disc back on the clio (Mk1 with Rsi rear beam) after having a new bearing pressed in. Now i have tightened it up. Its really stiff to move by hand (even with teh wheel on) Its not massivly tight. is it the wrong bearing? Or should i have doen...

Right was lowering a friends Mk2 172 tonight. Got most of it done till the drivers front shock, the allen key burst inside the top of the strut. Ideas on how to get it out. Its alos turned a little inside it so its kind of wedged, Cheers guys
