1*2s have 11gallon tanks. Nearly 50litres. I think non-sports are the same. I regularly fill up 45+ litres with the red light on. £30 is roughly 25 litres, 100 miles = 4 miles a litre, roughly 18mpg. That's way below normal even for winter driving. I cant get that low even driving lead footed...

Depending on the centre bore of the wheels, you may need spigot rings so they fit the Clio hubs properly. Clio's centre bore is 60.1mm. Note sure on the 100+ but Clio's stud fitment is 4x100. Not sure on the offset of non sports either. Then wheel bolts are all you'll need to fit them.

For the metal bracket between the split on the rear seats, one bolt comes out and the other just loosens so you can slide the bracket out. I had trouble with the one that comes out so used lots of wd40 and mole grips and lots of time. Drivers seatbelt side I used a socket instead of torx.
