It entirely depends how much water is in it :)
I read some tests a few weeks back, and rice absorbed around 5mL of water after being in with it I think for 6 hours. If you can manage to get most of the water out already, it will help with the rest :).
Main thing is service history, specifically the cambelt. It's around a £500 job, and due every 5 years. So if it isn't done expect to fork out money/risk the engine failing if it snaps. It's also worth noting these are notoriously a pain to time correctly (or seem to be), so if the receipt is...
Really fancy a Moto 360 (only Android one worth getting, or at least it was, not looked for a while), but the price and having to charge it every day puts me off.
Pass to all of them I'm afraid (not sure), but if it's like some of the newer things I've soldered, not a chance in hell of even getting it off, nevermind onto a new board :(
Hopefully the rice trick will do the job!
There is no "harddrive" it's a memory chip on the main board, you have no chance of recovering it imo.

You could probably try putting that board in a new phone, but you could also kill the new phone...
I've installed 3 now (2 on mine after cracking one), and one for my brother - all on the OPO.
Easy to do, make sure you get all the dust off the screen and you'll have no bubbles :]
And yep easy to remove, I used an Orzly one, when peeling it off I did crack the glass, but it has a plastic...
